Link It Software Corporation Launches Call Center in Milbank

MILBANK, SD, Link It Software Corporation has launched a new call center in Milbank bucking the national trend to take call centers offshore. The company is currently staffing up Call Specialist and Customer Service Representatives. Link it has already hired six new employees and in need of several more immediately to fill their requirements.
Link It employees provide service to customers around the world. “We have salary and hourly positions available with pay commensurate with experience,” General Manager Janine Teske stated, “however our starting salary, as far as we can ascertain, is higher than any other call center in the three county areas of Grant, Roberts or Big Stone.”
"We're looking for the best people and will pay them accordingly."
"Our Call Specialists also provide a different type of assistance as they call on top, high end professionals," Teske said, "so there are no weekend or night calls."
"Employees are not required to disturb people at home or sell subscriptions, making it a much more attractive position," Teske continued, "and they use scripts and call lists provided by management to talk to prospective buyers of our products."
"The company rewards capable employees with room for rapid advancement in professional responsibility and salary. Employees may start at the call center and customer service level but those who work hard and show talent and skill will move forward quickly."
Link It Software Corporation has developed economical software applications over the past 12 years in business areas where only custom, high-ticket applications had existed. Their products include Job Master Software, designed to run job shops and small- to medium sized manufactures, EZ Maintenance, a full featured Windows application which schedules and controls maintenance for all types of equipment and vehicles, and EZM Web, a web based maintenance tracking application launched in May of 2006,
Link It Software, with executive offices in Valencia, California, expanded to Milbank in 2005 after a lengthy search for a location in the US and overseas, including India and the Philippines. Link It's managing partners, CEO Wayne McFarland and President Dr. Gloria McFarland, a Cal Tech Ph.D., were heavily influenced in their decision to move to South Dakota with its great cost of living and the terrific workforce they encountered.
